Elon Musk, speaking after an experimental landing of the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket experienced an instance of, well, rapid unscheduled disassembly.
The Falcon 9 blew up after attempting to land on a ship. Why would you try to land a rocket on a ship, you ask? Why, to enable reuse of the bottom stage for deliveries of supplies to the International Space Station and thus cut costs, of course.
